About Me
Oh, hey! I’m Meron [Meh-Rone]— you can call me Meri though. I’m an interaction designer, former veterinary technician, and a shameless hobbyist.
I’ve made some interesting pivots—from veterinary medicine to travel blogging, digital marketing, and now to interaction design. It might seem a little random, but I think we all know by now that there’s always a theme. Here’s the thread I’ve found in all of my pursuits:
Chasing meaning. Across every role, I’ve always sought purpose, authenticity and creating experiences that resonate on a personal and emotional level.
Empathy-first. Whether I was caring for a pup or designing for a user, empathy has always been at the heart of what I do. It’s what helps me create experiences that actually matter to people.
Diverse skills, no apologies. You know that saying, 'Jack of all trades, master of none'? I’m all for learning broadly and diving into whatever I’m passionate about. Those experiences have only made me a well-rounded human and designer.
So, if you’re looking for an adaptable designer who’s ready to shape authentic, impactful experiences across various industries, then I just might be your girl. Let’s chat!
